Responsibilities:

Position: Data Scientist (AI/ML) / Associate Experience: 2- 4 Years Location: Bangalore Type: Full Time Certifications: NA About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist (AI/ML) with over 2-4 years of experience specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to join our team. This is a position with hybrid work environment providing flexibility and collaboration opportunities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading AI/ML initiatives within our organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage AI/ML projects from inception to completion ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI/ML solutions. Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage AI/ML technologies for business improvement. Establish best practices and frameworks for AI/ML development and deployment. Manage and mentor team members fostering a culture of learning and excellence. Monitor and evaluate project performance ensuring the delivery of high-quality results. Required Skills: At least 2 years of total & relevant experience in AI/ML or a related field. Proven track record of successfully managing AI/ML projects and teams. Strong technical expertise in AI/ML models algorithms and tools. Experience working in hybrid work environments is a plus. Experience with building highly scalable secure and fault tolerant microservices.

Preferred Skill sets: prior experience in industries leveraging AI/ML technologies would be advantageous.
