Role Purpose
We are seeking a Business Analytics Specialist to support the increasing analytical needs of the
APJ region. This role will help strengthen data-driven decision-making by delivering timely
accurate and actionable insights across geographies.
The position is designed to provide flexible analytics capacity aligned with strategic initiatives
while enabling core teams to focus on higher-value business priorities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Regional & Geo-Level Analytics
Provide analytical support across APJ geographies
Develop insights on revenue bookings margin and productivity metrics.
Enhance regional performance visibility through structured reporting and dashboards.
2. Opportunity Identification
Analyze cross-geo datasets to identify:
o Revenue growth opportunities

Enhance regional performance visibility through structured reporting and dashboards.
2. Opportunity Identification
Analyze cross-geo datasets to identify:
o Revenue growth opportunities
o Cost optimization areas
o Pricing and discount trends
o Customer segmentation insights
Support identification of untapped white-space opportunities.
3. Strategic Initiative Support
Support business initiatives such as:
o Market expansion analysis
o Customer segmentation modeling
o Pricing optimization exercises
o Performance benchmarking across regions
Collaborate with Finance Service and Commercial teams to translate analytics into
action.
4. Dashboard & Insight Development
Improve usability and depth of existing dashboards.
Deliver structured performance commentary and analytical summaries.
Enable faster turnaround of ad-hoc analytics requests.
5. Operational Support & Bandwidth Relief
Manage recurring data preparation validation and consolidation tasks.
Offload time-intensive analytical activities from core team members.
Ensure continuity of analytics support during peak business cycles.

Skills & Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot tables modeling macros preferred)
Experience with Power BI / dashboard tools preferred
Understanding of financial statements and service business metrics
