Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing employee onboarding & induction process
* Handling exit formalities and full & final settlements
* Processing monthly payroll and maintaining employee records
* Drafting and implementing HR policies & procedures
* Planning and executing employee engagement activities
* Managing leave records and attendance tracking
* Overseeing administrative activities and office operations
* Managing company assets and inventory
* Handling stationery procurement and stock management
* Coordinating with management and different departments for HR & admin matters

Skills Required:
* Strong communication & interpersonal skills
* Good knowledge of HR processes and payroll
* Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
* Proficiency in MS Office / HR systems preferred
