Blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability our team of consultants and experts developsstrategies designsprocessesandprovides advisory and recommendationsthatadd valuefor our clients.
What youwill bedoing:
Work in a team ondifferent client engagements and projects focusingonidentifyingissues analysing root-causesanddeveloping potential solutions for clients.
Engage inprocess mappingand documentation such as BPMN and support the creation ofredesign options and improvement suggestions.
Play a role indigital transformation projects includingcurrent stateassessments digital enablement opportunities and roadmap preparation.
Contribute tofeasibility studiesacross operational financial and technological domains.
Document key insightsfrom interviews workshops and meetings.
Perform bothquantitative and qualitative analysesto inform decision-making and deliver clear well-structured evidence-backed findings that highlight key conclusions.

What we expect from you:
Bachelors degreeinEconomics Business Finance orasimilarfield.
2-3 years of relevant professional experiencein process mapping optimisation and transformation engagements isa must.
Understanding ofdigital transformation concepts automation tools and modern workflow technologies.
Ability to contribute tofeasibility studies and structured analytical assessments.
Proficiencyinprocess modelling tools(e.g.Visio).
Stronganalytical skills including data manipulation and interpretation using Excel and Power BI; AI knowledge considered an advantage.
PowerPoint skills; ability to create structured and visuallyclear presentations.
Proven writing skillsinBulgarian and English languageas well as ability to express oneself in a structured way.Secondforeign language is a plus.
Ability to adapt to an intenseand dynamicwork environmentand work in challenging circumstances.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team andproactively drive independent tasks.
Affinityto work inthe Business and ManagementConsultingfieldinthelong run.
