Role Overview: As aJunior System Administratorat Dynamo Software you will join a team of technology experts collaborate with all teams across the board and be responsible for ensuring uptime of product services servers network equipment eliminating outages and providing resolution to end-user issues.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Diagnosis repair and provisioning of corporate laptops and desktops
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and keep the IT area organized
- Participate in internal IT support efforts making sure all desktop applications workstations and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
- Provide support to internal users in a timely and efficient manner
- Provision users in Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics documenting problems and resolutions prioritizing problems and assessing impact of issues
What you bring:
- 2 years experience in IT operations and system administration
- University degree in Computer Science or similar is a plus
- Proficiency with installation configuration patching and troubleshooting of Windows Server and Linux systems
- Knowledge in Azure/ Entra AD Microsoft 365 technology stack
- Strong analytical thinking troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive approach and can-do attitude
