German-speaking Inbound Sales Consultant

Introduction We are excited to partner with a leading German outsourcing company to recruit motivated German-speaking Inbound Sales Consultants for their team in this role you will be the voice of a major telecommunications provider assisting customers with their inquiries while identifying opportunities to offer them the best products and services. Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer inquiries via email and telephone for a prominent telecommunications company.
Provide effective solutions and assistance regarding invoices contract details tariffs and related services.
Once customer issues are resolved proactively offer additional products and services to drive sales.
Act as a professional representative of the company ensuring high service standards.
Collaborate with your team to maintain a positive and efficient workflow.

Requirements

Fluency in German (at least B2 level) in both written and spoken communication.
Current residency in or near Sofia Bulgaria or a willingness to relocate to the capital.
Good PC skills and comfort using digital tools on a daily basis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A helpful team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude toward sales.
