Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Manager to help expand our Global Analytics product portfolio. You will play a critical part in ensuring scalable efficient model development and platform capabilities across main projects such as Trusso and Feature Builder. You will work with cross-functional teams across the globe to create impactful solutions that support data science workflows and enterprise-wide innovation.
What youll do:
- Help deliver Trusso and Feature Builder by managing product backlogs defining requirements and ensuring agreement on business goals.
- Collaborate with global technology and regional product teams to build and launch Analytics capabilities.
- Share and align product roadmaps.
- Align and track product launches against product roadmaps applying our existing PI Planning process.
- Participate in all Agile ceremonies and contribute to the success of PI Planning
- Translate User Needs into Product Requirements: Gather input from internal stakeholders and end-users to define clear product requirements
- Guide communication between technical and non-technical teams ensuring transparency understanding and updates on progress risks and dependencies.
- Establish KPIs to measure product success
- Refine product processes to enhance efficiency reduce time-to-market.
- Help improve product development processes documentation standards and team collaboration.
Qualifications :
What youll bring:
- 35 years of experience in product management in data analytics or platform-focused environments (preferably)
- University degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science Business or a related field
- Knowledge of model development workflows and data science tools.
- Work with globally distributed teams and managing cross-timezone collaboration.
- Stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development best practices
