Whats the role

Youll be working within a team of Customer Relations Consultant helping customers with their superannuation whilst tackling complex and interesting problems. You will be working in a high energy environment that is highly structured monitored and will use your strong operating rhythms and practices to connect with customers. Thisis a Sydney based contact centre role with operating hours from Monday to Friday with a rotating roster between8:00am and8:00pm.

What do I need

Were looking for someone who brings an inquisitive and collaborative mindset. Youll need:

  • Experience or a passion for Customer Service
  • Outstanding capacity to deliver high quality results to deadline with good attention to detail excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Adaptable with can do attitude while remaining focussed on delivering to longer-term sustainability outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A degree in Finance Economics Business Communications Commerce or Accounting
  • Availability on 20th and 21st January to attend an onsite Assessment Centre
