Job Summary
Were looking for an experienced Employee Relations Case Manager to lead complex employee relations and workplace investigations across our national business. This is a high-impact role where youll be the go-to expert for conduct grievance and investigation matters partnering closely with leaders and the People team to deliver fair consistent and defensible outcomes.
What youll be doing
- Lead and manage complex ER cases including misconduct grievances bullying harassment and performance-related matters
- Act as the escalation point and key decision-maker on high-risk or sensitive cases
- Oversee and conduct workplace investigations ensuring quality consistency and procedural fairness
- Provide pragmatic risk-based advice to leaders and People Partners
- Coach and develop a Case Advisor and uplift ER capability across the business
- Track trends and risks contributing to continuous improvement of ER frameworks and practices.
What were looking for
- 5 years experience in employee relations workplace relations or investigations
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law (Fair Work Act awards ER processes)
- Proven experience managing complex conduct and investigation matters end-to-end
- Confident advisor who can influence at all levels
- Calm resilient and highly organised in fast-paced high-risk environments
- Tertiary qualification in HR Law Workplace Relations or equivalent experience.
