Implementation and Delivery Consultant

As an Implementation and Delivery Consultant you will be part of a motivated and highly skilled agile team that designs develops deploys personalizes and supports client onboardings. This role requires a balance between hands-on implementation and effective project coordination to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:

Support CRM and ERP software implementation projects for clients with 5-500 users.

Deliver for multiple projects including planning task and deliverable definition quality control risk analysis and reporting.

Identify business needs document requirements and ensure smooth delivery while supporting clients through the implementation process.

Develop detailed project plans and track activities against timelines ensuring timely reporting and risk mitigation.

Design and deliver key stakeholder training on system configuration as well as end-user training.

Conduct integration requirement workshops and write detailed specifications in collaboration with development teams.

Draft and maintain project deliverables such as project plans change orders and closing reports.

Collaborate with customers and other relevant stakeholders

Facilitate and assist with meetings related to all aspects of the project life cycle.

Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget while managing potential risks and changes.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation and use established processes for project delivery and co-ordination.

Participate in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings.

Identify business needs document requirements and ensure smooth delivery whilst supporting clients through the implementation process.

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years experience in Enterprise SaaS or Software Implementation.

Strong experience with software integration projects.

Excellent organizational written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.

Relevant project management certifications are a plus but not required.

Experience with Mavenlink (Kantata) and/or Momentus Software is a plus.

Venue and/or Exhibition industry experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a fast-paced constantly changing environment.

Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to changing project requirements.

Customer-focused with a results-oriented approach.

Ability and availability for infrequent travel (up to 20%) to client sites for face-to-face meetings.
