Role Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in shaping DIB Travels market presence and driving growth through creative and strategic marketing initiatives reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Office (CRO). You will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing efforts across branding digital channels website optimization and promotional campaigns - with a strong focus on online visibility customer engagement and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Branding
Develop and execute DIB Travels marketing and brand strategy ensuring consistent identity across all internal and external channels.
Create sales and marketing materials that clearly communicate the companys value proposition.
Plan and execute a comprehensive promotion strategy (customer and partner events webinars trade shows) and coordinate promotional activities (giveaways sponsorships and collaborations) to strengthen brand awareness across online and offline channels.
Plan and manage promotional activities across social media platforms and offline channels including campaigns events webinars and trade shows.
Manage analytics and performance tracking to optimize campaigns for ROI.
Coordinate content production (power points texts and images) for digital media channels.
Lead SEO initiative including keyword research content audits competitive analysis SEO-optimized content creation and monitor rankings with strategic optimizations for ongoing growth.
Website & Conversion Optimization
Ensure that DIB Travels website has a clear sales focus - attractive user-friendly and optimized for conversion.
Work closely with the development team to improve user experience (UX/UI).
Create landing pages targeting both new customers and existing users within the DIB Booking Portal.
Continuously test and improve content messaging and design elements to enhance lead generation.
Coordinate CRM-based information and marketing initiatives for customer engagement and retention.
Develop automated email journeys and newsletters in collaboration with the Sales and Customer Success teams.
Use CRM data and insights to drive targeted marketing actions and personalisation.
Success in This Role Means:
Brand Growth: DIB Travels brand awareness visibility and positioning improve measurably within the corporate travel industry.
Lead Generation: Increased volume and quality of inbound leads through optimized campaigns website improvements and SEO growth.
Sales Alignment: Marketing initiatives directly support the sales pipeline and help accelerate deal conversions.
Customer Engagement: CRM campaigns and events drive higher customer loyalty retention and upsell opportunities.
Digital Excellence: Continuous improvement of online performance metrics - including traffic conversions and engagement rates.
Collaboration: Effective coordination with Sales Product and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent messaging and unified goals.
Qualifications & Experience
3 years of experience in a Marketing or Communications role - preferably in B2B tech or travel industry.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads Analytics LinkedIn Campaign Manager SEO platforms).
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus).
Creative mindset combined with data-driven decision-making.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude.
Collaborative proactive and results-oriented.
Passionate about branding storytelling and digital communication.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects.
