The Opportunity
As an Operations Coordinator you will play a central role in enabling the effectiveness of the DX organization by working closely with DX leadership across Product PMM and Tech. You will be responsible for coordinating leadership forums ensuring strong meeting governance and driving follow-up on action points to support strategic this role you will take ownership of internal coordination efforts including intercompany and vendor agreements leadership support and organizational communications. You will also contribute to building a strong and engaging DX culture by organizing All Hands sessions workshops team-building activities and knowledge-sharing initiatives. By supporting internal communications and content creation you will help foster collaboration alignment and engagement across the organization. This role offers a broad operational scope and a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in leadership support organizational coordination and internal communications within a dynamic cross-functional environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
DX leadership meetings coordination for PMM Product and Tech
Taking the lead and ownership to coordinate intercompany agreements and/or vendor agreement where needed
Supporting on cultural and performance activities for DX organization
Direct support to Head of DX
