Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project and client this role yo will work closely with internal teams and external clients to help deliver projects on time and ensure a seamless experience from planning through reporting. This position involves unusual working hours with many live events happening during weekends occasional travel supporting live events client meetings and on-site implementations. Its an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow in the sports tech industry while developing strong project management and client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Assist in organizing and tracking the progress of key project deliverables across departments and ensure timely execution of project milestones.
Client Management: Support client communications respond to inquiries and occasionally take part in physical or online meetings.
Planning & Scheduling: Contribute to detailed project planning including creating timelines scheduling shipment of equipment coordinate installation of audiovisual material with external stakeholders.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for both internal teams and clients. Ensure thorough documentation of processes outcomes and feedback.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product customer success and support teams to ensure deliverables align with client needs and technical requirements.
Travel Requirements: Occasional travel for client visits events and internal meetings. All travel-related expenses are covered in accordance with company policy
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Sports Management Communications or a related field
Bilingual Spanish and English with advanced proficiency levels.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Comfortable working independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Interest or background in sports or sports technology preferred
Valid passport and drivers license required
