Apollo is looking for a creative individual for a fixed-term position of 12 months with the possibility of extension starting as soon as possible. The role involves working with a variety of operational CRM-related initiatives ranging from newsletters and loyalty activities to supporting various CRM projects across the organization.
As a Marketing Automation Coordinator you will be part of Apollos Power Platform Competence Center and report to the CRM Marketing Lead. The Power Platform Competence Center is a cross-functional team consisting of developers application specialists and marketers. The team is part of the Nordic IT department and supports all Apollo business units and markets.
The role will contribute to driving customer engagement and loyalty in the Nordic markets through different types of projects and automations. You will work closely with the teams specialists and play a key role in helping achieve our goals related to loyalty and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Write basic copy for various types of marketing communication
Translate and adapt basic copy from Swedish using translation support
Support and coordinate content production
Participate in and support CRM and loyalty-related projects and initiatives
Ensure that agreed activities are executed and optimized
Manage basic segmentation
Monitor follow up and report results from targeted projects/campaigns/activities
