Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Service Owner to join our Registries Modernization team. This role is critical in leading the transformation of Land Titles services by replacing legacy systems with innovative client-centric digital solutions. You will guide agile product teams collaborate with key stakeholders and ensure delivery of efficient user-focused registry services.
Tasks
- Lead the end-to-end modernization of Land Titles registry services in an agile environment.
- Act as the voice of the client ensuring services meet user needs and deliver measurable value.
- Manage product roadmaps service delivery plans and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional agile teams including product managers designers developers and operations.
- Identify opportunities for innovation service improvement and technology integration.
- Oversee and ensure quality and performance of the digital Land Titles service offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in service ownership product management or agile delivery leadership.
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks and digital transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience working with or modernizing registry or government systems is an asset.
- Ability to translate complex processes into intuitive user-friendly services.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with land registry systems or legal documentation processes.
- Background in managing cloud-based digital product implementations.
- Experience working within high-compliance or regulated environments.
