Job Summary
Location: Philadelphia PA
Shift: Nights 6:45 PM 7:15 AM
Schedule: 36 hours/week (3 12-hour shifts)
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-acuity inpatient unit in Philadelphia PA. The ideal candidate will deliver comprehensive patient-centered care to critically ill patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Minimum Requirements-
Active RN license (PA or compact)

Minimum 1 year of recent Critical Care experience (ICU or equivalent)

BLS (Basic Life Support) Required

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Required

Strong critical thinking assessment and communication skills
-
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced high-acuity environment

Provide direct nursing care to critically ill and unstable patients

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and implement individualized care plans

Monitor hemodynamic status vital signs and advanced life-support equipment

Administer medications IV infusions and blood products per protocol

Respond promptly to medical emergencies and code situations

Collaborate with physicians respiratory therapists and other care team members

Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record

Maintain compliance with hospital policies safety standards and regulatory requirements
