Shift: Nights 6:45 PM 7:15 AM
Schedule: 36 hours/week (3 12-hour shifts)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-acuity inpatient unit in Philadelphia PA. The ideal candidate will deliver comprehensive patient-centered care to critically ill patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Minimum Requirements
  • Active RN license (PA or compact)

  • Minimum 1 year of recent Critical Care experience (ICU or equivalent)

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) Required

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Required

  • Strong critical thinking assessment and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced high-acuity environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to critically ill and unstable patients

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and implement individualized care plans

  • Monitor hemodynamic status vital signs and advanced life-support equipment

  • Administer medications IV infusions and blood products per protocol

  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies and code situations

  • Collaborate with physicians respiratory therapists and other care team members

  • Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record

  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies safety standards and regulatory requirements
