Facility: Christus St. Vincent Regional Medical Center
Location: Santa Fe NM 87505
Shift: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM (10-Hour Day Shifts)
Schedule: 4 Shifts per Week (40 Hours Full-Time)
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time Position

Salary and Benefits:
$33.00/hr $51.00/hr ($68640 $106080 Annually)
Comprehensive Full-Time Benefits Package
Relocation Assistance Up to $5000
$15000 Sign-On Bonus (Paid in increments)

Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for coordinating and implementing patient care based on the patient population served within the assigned unit. The RN ensures safe efficient and high-quality patient care while demonstrating alignment with the facilitys mission values and clinical standards. The role requires professional collaboration with staff physicians patients and families.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program

Licensure and Certifications:
Current New Mexico RN License OR Compact State License (Required)
BLS Certification (Required within 2 weeks of hire)
Additional required certifications must be obtained within 6 months of hire

Experience:
Minimum 2 Years of RN Experience Required (Operating Room experience preferred)

Skills and Knowledge:
Strong clinical knowledge appropriate to the patient population served
Knowledge of patient rights and quality care standards
Effective and professional communication skills

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Exposure to bloodborne pathogens infectious diseases and x-rays
Ability to work in fast-paced surgical environment
Must be able to stand walk bend stoop lift and assist with patient movement
Requires manual dexterity visual accuracy and strong clinical judgment
