Technical specifications: Create detailed technical specifications and provide guidance to manufacturers and suppliers on construction methods and materials

Fit and grading: Conduct fit sessions analyze and resolve fit issues and ensure consistent sizing across the product range. They also oversee pattern grading which is the process of scaling patterns to different sizes

Testing and compliance : Arrange for and evaluate lab tests for fabric performance durability and colorfastness. Ensure all garments comply with regulatory requirements

Quality control: Ensure garments meet high-quality standards by performing various checks and inspections and verifying the final product matches the designers specifications for design size and fit
