- Hourly & Daily monitoring of the assemblies done and its reporting.

- Think alternatives to reduce the time per assembly and how to increase the number of assemblies to be done in a shift.

f) Multi Skilling - Learning related other work areas to help flexibility and efficiency.

g) Communication - Need to be highly communicative.

Education - ITI in Fitter/ Instrumentation/ Maintenance Mechanic/ Diesel Mechanic/ Jig and Fixture

Abilities

a) Product assembly fault finding and resolution of the same is highly preferred.

b) Forklift driving is preferred.

Experience - 3-6 Year.
