Job Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for daily support and engagement with the Teradata Client community on a variety of tasks including onboarding of new IDs databases etc. along with assisting on general questions.
Role will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate to various teams both technical and non-technical. This role will be responsible for daily support and engagement with the Teradata Client community
Key responsibilities of platform ownership include:
Onboarding - assisting clients with onboarding of new IDs databases etc within Teradata
Assisting with client communications
Assisting in support of the Information Resource Center (IRC) website including new functionality design and testing.
