Job Summary
Role Summary
Parkar is seeking a senior Client-Facing Data Program Lead to act as the single point of leadership and accountability for enterprise data initiatives at a large home-based healthcare provider. This role will serve as the face of Parkar at the client owning stakeholder relationships program governance and delivery execution across data architecture analytics and platform initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings a strong healthcare background (hospital systems or home care) exceptional stakeholder management skills and proven experience running complex data programs end-to-end. This is not a hands-on technical role; success depends on leadership orchestration and execution rigor.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Parkars on-site/near-site program lead and primary client contact
- Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise data and analytics programs
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the clients data architecture flows and dependencies
- Lead executive and functional stakeholder engagement; manage expectations and alignment
- Drive program governance cadence reporting and risk management
- Translate clinical and business objectives into structured executable delivery plans
- Coordinate across client teams Parkar delivery teams and third-party vendors
- Ensure timelines scope quality and outcomes are met with high client confidence
- Proactively identify risks gaps and improvement opportunities; recommend corrective actions
- Represent Parkar with professionalism ownership and credibility at all levels
Required Background & Experience
- 10 years in program management delivery leadership or engagement management
- Strong healthcare domain experience (hospital systems home health hospice post-acute care)
- Proven experience leading data analytics or platform transformation programs
- Exposure to EMR or non-EMR environments (both acceptable)
- Demonstrated success in client-facing/vendor roles
- Excellent executive communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience operating in complex matrixed multi-vendor environments
- Strong understanding of Agile hybrid or scaled delivery models
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience representing a services or consulting firm at healthcare clients
- Familiarity with HIPAA healthcare data governance and compliance standards
- Experience stabilizing or modernizing fragmented data ecosystems
- PMP PgMP SAFe or similar certification
