Job Summary
Job Title: Sales / Senior Sales Executive – Project Sales - 4Nos
Location: Delhi NCR
Industry: Building Materials / Tiles / Sanitaryware
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Project Sales professional to drive specification and project business for premium tiles and surfaces. The role involves close coordination with architects builders developers and project consultants to ensure brand specification and order closure.
Key Responsibilities
Handle project sales across residential commercial and institutional projects in Delhi NCR
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects builders contractors and PMC consultants
Ensure product specification at design and planning stages
Track projects from lead generation to order execution and payment collection
Coordinate with channel partners dealers and internal teams for smooth project execution
Conduct product presentations mock-ups and site visits
Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the project segment
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Candidate Profile
2–6 years of experience in project sales within building materials (tiles sanitaryware CP fittings marble plywood paints etc.)
Strong architect & builder connect in Delhi NCR market
Exposure to specification-driven sales is mandatory
Good communication negotiation and relationship-management skills
Self-driven with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
