Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cleaning operations across the division ensuring compliance with company standards and health & safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with clients and customers daily.
- Drive profitability and meet agreed deadlines for forecasts budgets and reporting.
- Oversee HR functions including IR training performance management and succession planning.
- Maintain operational standards star grading and quality control.
- Innovate and implement new ideas to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure smooth running of systems (including Biometrics) and stock control.
- Develop Operations Managers and uphold Tsebos core values.
