1 x 6:30am - 4:30pm UK Time
2 x 10:00am - 7:00pm UK Time

Base: 18000 - 25000 Rand per month

Our online platform gives schools instant access to hundreds of profiles of fully vetted teachers and support staff. Since launching in 2017 weve saved schools over 30m money that goes straight back into school budgets and increases teachers pay.

Having experience and/or strong knowledge of the education sector is a big plus
Helpful to have but not essential
- University degree
- Interest in and the desire to work as part of an operations team
- Strong knowledge of the UK education sector. Formal qualifications / experience in teaching is a huge plus
What will you be doing
- Be the primary contact for customer enquiries
- Ensure key service standards on responsiveness to emails phone calls and text messages are met in order to ensure happy customers
- Ensure the smooth daily operations of the business by proactively flowing queries to the appropriate person in the company
- Work collaboratively with the operations sales and the technology team to continuously improve efficiency in delivering value to schools and candidates
- Get your hands dirty. Like any true start-up no two weeks will be the same and a general interest in mucking in and just getting the job done is crucial
