CAPAGO is a French provider of outsourcing services for European governments and their diplomatic missions responsible for financing and managing visa application centers to process their Schengen visa applications.
We currently operate in 10 countries and welcome more than 250000 visa applicants each year.
As part of our development we are looking to strengthen our Operations Department and are looking for an experienced Visa Application Officer looking for new challenges within a dynamic and human focused company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The main responsibilities of the VAO are as follows:
Welcoming all visa applicants in the operated visa application center (reception) ;
Process the visa application of the applicants (front office) ;
Collect payments from the applicants (Payment counter) ;
Manage the biometric collection of visa applicants (biometry) ;
Manage all back office tasks to finalize the visa application of our applicants (back office) ;
Manage all other tasks given by the management.
SKILLS
The required skills for this position are:
Excellent customer service skills ;
Excellent typing skills ;
Proficiency in MS Office ;
Good with emails problem solving and effective decision making ;
Ability to handle pressure ;
Energetic proactive versatile commitment to team work and team spirit.
DIPLOMA AND EXPERIENCE
Matric or equivalent ;
Tertiary qualification is an added advantage ;
Previous customer service experience as a customer service consultant.
Speaking French is an added advantage.
