Manager -IT

Job Summary:

The role is responsible for supporting the implementation integration and ongoing management of business systems ensuring optimal performance timely updates and compliance with SLAs while collaborating with stakeholders across the full SDLC.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business partners to optimally configure various systems for use by the business users
Should be part of the implementation team of the operational systems
Able to identify the requirements of integrating different business applications and develop solutions
Ensure that systems are kept up to date with the latest updates from the service providers (as per organization policy)
Ensures that all systems are monitored for performance and any degradation. This should be addressed and liaised with solution provider to fix performance issues.
To ensure the service provider is following the agreed service level otherwise to be escalated and have a resolutions

Required Skills and Experience:

Should have exposure to SDLC process starting from Requirement Gathering Design Development Testing Deployment & Maintenance

Good to Have:

Prior experience with Airline IT systems preferred
Should have exposure to SDLC process starting from Requirement Gathering Design Development Testing Deployment & Maintenance

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate Engineer in any discipline.
