Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities
Business Development
- Drive used car loan disbursements across the assigned territory
- Develop and manage partnerships with used car dealers brokers and DSAs
- Identify new dealer points and expand market penetration
Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly/quarterly disbursement and revenue targets
- Monitor funnel performance (login approval disbursal) and improve conversion ratios
- Plan territory-wise sales strategies to grow volumes
Dealer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and key channel partners
- Resolve dealer queries related to rates eligibility TAT and payouts
- Ensure dealer satisfaction and long-term association
Credit & Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to credit policies
- Follow up on approvals discrepancies and timely disbursements
Risk & Portfolio Quality
- Ensure healthy portfolio by focusing on quality sourcing
- Monitor early delinquency and support collections team when required
- Adhere to compliance KYC and regulatory guidelines
Team Management (if applicable)
- Lead and motivate Sales Officers / Relationship Officers in the territory
- Conduct regular reviews training and field visits
- Track team productivity and performance
