Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Provide oversight to ensure complete accurate and timely trade and transaction reporting across multiple asset classes
Lead and chair governance forums ensuring daily reporting processes meet agreed SLAs
Monitor and challenge exceptions reconciliations controls and process gaps including investigation and remediation plans
Perform root-cause analysis impact assessments and materiality evaluations for reporting issues
Support operational readiness for new or changing regulatory requirements
Escalate breaches appropriately and ensure issues are tracked through to resolution

Required Skills & Experience

Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements across multiple global regulators
Solid understanding of asset classes and structured trading businesses ideally gained within trade reporting middle office or regulatory reporting functions
End-to-end understanding of front-to-back trade processes to maintain a controlled reporting environment
Proven ability to build and manage strong stakeholder relationships
Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks including process documentation control design and supervisory frameworks
