Teamworx are delighted to be recruiting an experienced and driven Food and Beverage Manager to lead and manage all food and beverage operations within a well-established four-star hotel in North . This is a senior management role ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills commercial awareness and a passion for service excellence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing restaurant bar banqueting and event operations ensuring high standards of service profitability and team engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets including restaurant bar and banqueting
Lead train and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional guest service
Ensure consistently high standards of food quality service and presentation
Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue control costs and maximise profitability
Oversee budgeting stock control purchasing and supplier relationships
Ensure compliance with all health safety hygiene and licensing regulations
Work closely with the General Manager and Head Chef to develop menus promotions and events
Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively ensuring prompt resolution of any issues
Recruit train and develop team members fostering a positive and professional working culture
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in a Food and Beverage Manager or senior F&B role within a hotel or high-volume hospitality environment
Strong leadership people management and communication skills
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and costs
Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations service standards and compliance requirements
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings
