As a Summer Student within the Energy Conservation Tracking and Reporting team you will perform data collection analysis and entry within systems of record.

Placement Details:

This is a 4-month summer placement starting in May 2026 located in Chatham ON.

What you will do:

  • Perform data collection/analysis/entry within systems of record (i.e. Guardian) and within Microsoft Excel.
  • Support T&R processes and procedures by validating customer information past participation which includes but is not limited to calculation of cumulative m3 savings TRC and customer/service provider incentive payments using various systems / Excel workbooks.
  • Utilize various resources to validate equipment and customer eligibility (i.e. manufacturer websites Google Google Maps SAP/Oracle etc.).
  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date Tracking & Reporting related process documentation in SharePoint and shared drives.
  • Support preparation of reports meeting notes spreadsheets and/or presentations.
  • Provide support to staff or projects as required.

Who you are:

  • You are currently enrolled in a full-time post-secondary program and will be returning to full-time school immediately following the work term.
  • Effective and professional communication both verbal and written with the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Solid computer skills and experience using MS Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Ability to actively and consistently represent Enbridges core values (Safety Integrity Respect Inclusion High performance).

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based role in Chatham ON.
  • Relocation assistance is not provided.
