The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Programmer Analyst (Associate Mid-Level or Senior) to join the team in North Charleston SC; Everett WA; Hazelwood MO; or Berkeley MO.
The Programmer Analyst will have a passion for building enterprise software systems and will enjoy solving challenging and complex problems across multiple domains. The Programmer Analyst will support the development of critical applications of airplane regulatory and certification systems. The selected candidate will play an active role in facilitating the transition from current state to future state of Information Technology (IT) tools supporting digital transformation.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads analysis of business processes & requirements to define application requirements
Designs develops tests implements documents and maintains software applications
Writes and compile code; construct database objects based on documented design and analyzes information to determine architecture specifications parameters for software compatibility application security needs and other application architecture requirements
Modifies or upgrades applications to maintain functionality
Identifies and resolves programming or architecture issues
Reviews system performance identify and recommend improvements
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1 years corporate experience with Object Oriented Design and Programming in a high-level language like C# .NET Java SQL HTML and CSS
Experience working with API design
Experience with customer facing UI development
Experience using SQL for application interactions with databases (i.e. Oracle MYSQL SQL Server etc.)
Experience with DevOps / DevSecOps
Experience with production or test environments
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with peers and customers
Experience working collaboratively and independently
Experience with Cloud technologies and/or Cloud native app development
Experience with PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry)/Tanzu along with containerization
Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience working in an Agile or Scaled Agile environment
Experience with software development requirements relevant in the aerospace domain

Summary pay range for Associate: $84150 - $121900
Summary pay range for Mid-Level: $93500 - $135700
Summary pay range for Senior: $129200 - $187450
