Labeling & Regulatory Graphics SpecialistLocation: Cary NC (Hybrid 3 days onsite)OverviewWere partnering with a growing organization to hire a Labeling & Regulatory Graphics Specialist to own product labeling across a regulated portfolio. This role sits primarily on the regulatory and compliance side of labeling ensuring all product labels are accurate compliant and production-ready while also handling hands-on label artwork execution.This is not a brand or creative design role. Labels are treated as legal documents and precision version control and regulatory alignment are critical.There is a strong growth opportunity tied to this role with plans to expand in-house design capabilities later in the year.What Youll Do- Create update and maintain EPA-compliant product labels across a North American product portfolio
- Execute hands-on label artwork using tools such as Illustrator Photoshop and QuarkXPress
- Ensure all labeling meets EPA federal and state regulatory requirements
- Partner closely with Regulatory Affairs Marketing Supply Chain and Operations
- Manage label version control approvals and documentation within D365 / ERP systems
- Coordinate with external print vendors and approve final proofs prior to production
- Support product updates regulatory changes and new product launches
- Identify opportunities to improve labeling processes accuracy and efficiency
What Were Looking For- Proven experience working on EPA-regulated product labels
- Strong understanding that labeling is a compliance-driven function not just design
- Hands-on experience producing and editing label artwork
- High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience working cross-functionally in a regulated environment
- ERP experience (D365 preferred)
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite in Cary NC)
Nice to Have- Experience in agriculture chemicals industrial products or similarly regulated industries
- Exposure to state-by-state label variations
- Interest in helping evolve in-house design capabilities over time
