Job Summary

We offer comprehensive transport solutions: road sea rail air and intermodal as well as customs services cargo insurance and project logistics. Now we are looking for a Sales Specialist in our office in Vilnius.

What you will do:

  • Active acquisition of new customers in the Ocean Air and Rail segments for the German market;
  • Gradual development of an individual customer portfolio with a strong focus on new business;
  • Use of leads from Sales Lists CRM and market sources to support targeted sales activities;
  • Identification of customer needs and preparation of tailored logistics solutions (ocean air rail);
  • Conducting business negotiations and preparing commercial offers;
  • Management and development of the Individual Customer Portfolio (ICP);
  • Registration and processing of customer requests in CRM / OTM systems;
  • Preparation and maintenance of contracts and payment terms;
  • Close cooperation with operational teams KAMs and other Sales Specialists;
  • Monitoring of customer satisfaction KPIs and portfolio performance.

Your profile

  • Professional experience in Ocean Freight sales (mandatory);
  • Interest in working with multimodal logistics solutions (Air & Rail);
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Structured proactive and responsible working style;
  • Ability to work independently and manage sales activities;
  • German language working proficiency or higher;
  • English good working level.

Additional advantages:
