Job Summary

Were looking for an experienced Engagement Manager to lead client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of our Talent-as-a-Service (TaaS) engagements. This is a highly visible client-facing role where youll act as the on-site lead for NCS driving governance delivery quality and commercial outcomes.

 

Youll be the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for senior client stakeholders building strong relationships through regular engagement clear communication and structured governance. Youll run the delivery rhythm including weekly check-ins monthly and quarterly business reviews and ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes.

 

Youll oversee engagement governance and performance ensuring compliance with SLAs and contractual obligations while identifying risks early and driving mitigation actions. Transparency is key and youll provide clear reporting across delivery progress resourcing and performance metrics.

 

Youll manage the commercial health of engagements including forecasting revenue and costs tracking burn rates against POs ensuring timesheet and billing accuracy and protecting delivery margins. Change control financial risk management and PO coverage will form a core part of your remit.

 

Working closely with the Resource Fulfilment Lead and Practice Leads youll ensure the right capability is in place oversee consultant onboarding and act as the face of NCS on-sitedriving strong engagement utilisation and retention.


Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in IT delivery or engagement management (project/engagement leadership)

  • Strong experience managing client-facing delivery in complex environments

  • Proven financial management capability (forecasting margin burn invoicing)

  • Experience leading teams and managing performance

  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen

  • Structured detail-oriented and outcomes-focused

  • Confident operating in governance-heavy SLA-driven environments

  • PMP PRINCE2 or similar certification (desirable)
