Job Summary
The role of the Team Lead is to assist the Production Manager and Repair Centre Manager to achieve quality repairs within the promised timeframe through efficient and effective daily operation of the site.

About the role:
- Organise workflow through department.
- Allocate work to team members.
- Schedule and forecast work to team members.
- Ensure that quality repairs are completed to scope and within the appropriate time frames.
- Assist team members complete repair/paint/assembly as required.
- Coach and develop team to improve capability and productivity.
- Fill in for Estimator or Production Manager when required.
- Advise RCM of any performance or attendance issues.
- Most importantly you must be prepared to make safety your number one priority for yourself your colleagues and your customers.
