The Role
As part of our growth we are engaging an independent contractor to support digital marketing and client engagement activity across Australia with a primary focus on Melbourne and surrounding regions.
This is a remote independent contractor role with clearly defined responsibilities and weekly expectations.
Role features include:
- Remote portable work structure
- Independent contractor engagement
- Performance-based remuneration tied to agreed marketing and client engagement outcomes (explained during the interview process)
- Weekly Zoom-based training and professional development
- Scripts systems and ongoing operational support provided
Important Clarification
This is a marketing and client engagement role within a structured education business.
It is not:
- A therapy counselling or clinical role
- A psychology or health practitioner position
- A 1:1 coaching role with assigned clients
- A recruiting or team-building role
The position focuses on marketing execution communication and guiding interested individuals through a defined information and follow-up process.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in weekly Zoom training and professional development sessions
- Implement consistent digital marketing activity across LinkedIn Facebook and Instagram (with guidance and frameworks provided)
- Apply lead generation and enquiry management processes through social platforms
- Conduct structured phone and Zoom conversations using approved scripts
- Book and coordinate follow-up appointments and online information sessions
- Support new clients through onboarding within the program framework
- Represent the brand professionally across approved digital platforms
About You
- 5 years professional experience (employed or self-employed)
- Comfortable using LinkedIn Facebook and Instagram in a professional context
- Confident communicator via phone and Zoom
- Professional-level English (spoken and written)
- Self-managed reliable and consistent in weekly activity
- Genuinely interested in personal development and ongoing learning

This is an independent contractor position with performance-based remuneration best suited to individuals who can commit to regular weekly activity and work within a structured system.
