Will assist with Data Analytics Employee Engagement and Instructional Design.

Serves as an administrator for the learning management system (LMS) and supports the performance management module within the Talent Management System.


Job Description:


Essential Functions:

  • Provides key technical LMS support by creating content developing curriculums reporting event registration training evaluations creating job aids and documenting LMS procedures.
  • Consults trains and supports LMS sub-administrators within the organization.
  • Supports systems-based tasks and facilitation of various programs including New Employee Orientation Competency Initiative and LMS processes.
  • Assists leaders in problem resolution and technical support regarding performance appraisals.
  • Assists with performance management related projects creation and revision of job descriptions and competency selection.

Education Requirement:

Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management Organizational Effectiveness Organizational Leadership or relevant field or equivalent experience required.

Skills:

  • Strong technical and analytical skills accuracy and attention to detail problem solving skills and excellent customer service.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Robust verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present to various groups and styles.

Experience:

  • Two years of experience in human resources or performance management required.
  • Previous experience with Workday preferred.
  • Experience using eLearning authoring tools i.e. Captivate or Articulate preferred. Some knowledge regarding instructional design preferred.
