Job Responsibilities:

  • Create quotes leads and is responsible on the provision of proposals to the customer.
  • Provide battery freight disposal and labor costing.
  • Process Purchase order from end-user and review for possible stamping.
  • Coordinate shipping based on customer needs costs logistics and inventory levels.
  • Process orders into the system track and monitor delivery.
  • Source out batteries that will ship directly from vendors.
  • Transmit and monitor Purchase Orders to buy batteries from vendors.
  • Coordinates with Customer Engineer and Power Technical Support on batteries under warranty.
  • Responds timely and accurately to customer issues.
  • Identifies customer needs through communication and probing.
  • Creates solutions to customer problems. Provide sound recommendation to their queries. Provides resolutions for the first time.
  • Assists customers in handling servicing follow-up communication and closure of issues.
  • Completes workload on time. Monitors if transactions are processed in a timely manner.
  • Implement error-proofing method to ensure all transactions done are accurately.
  • Participates in conferences calls meetings and discussions with customers.
  • Adheres to shift schedules and attendance expectations to ensure consistent support to customers and a balanced workload for peers.
  • Coordinates with other teams/support to complete the request of customers.
  • Records and submits periodic and/or quarterly transaction records log sheets and/or trackers.
  • Plans executes and manages own workload and projects in cooperation with line leaders.
  • Participates in team meetings. Huddles and information cascades.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business purchasing sales supply chain or logistics or related discipline.
  • Job related experience in Supply Chain and/or Logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of the support (quotation and order entry fulfilment).
  • 1 or more years of experience focused on coordination of project.
  • Knowledgeable of MS Outlook and MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge in various software applications such as: SharePoint MS Access.
  • Fluent in English language both written and oral form.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills are necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of US geography and transportation systems.
