Role description: The Compliance Programs Coordinator provides administrative operational and coordination support to the Global Compliance team and the Compliance Centre of Expertise (CoE). This role supports the delivery tracking and communication of Global Integrity Program activities working closely with Compliance Officers and other stakeholders to ensure consistent global ways of working. This is an earlycareer role designed to help develop skills in compliance operations program coordination data handling and stakeholder support. Directly reports to the Compliance Programs Partner and will work closely alongside the Compliance Officers and Enabling Functions CoE.

Role accountabilities:

Program Coordination & Administration

  • Support the coordination of Compliance program activities timelines and documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining policies process documentation program trackers and status updates.
  • Help schedule meetings workshops and implementation sessions with global and regional stakeholders.
  • Compliance Operations Support
  • Assist in gathering Compliance information preparing basic reports and maintaining dashboards.
  • Support data integrity efforts by performing routine checks and flagging inconsistencies.
  • Provide support in the Compliance tools such as Integrity Line and Case Management System triage and escalation reporting.

Guidance & Documentation

  • Help prepare enduser guides FAQs and simplified instructions for Compliance processes and systems.
  • Consistently think of process improvements assist in Compliance initiatives from project design coordination configuration and implementation.

Training & Awareness

  • Support the development of Compliance communication and training materials in different platforms
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions awareness campaigns and internal communications.
  • Assist with summarizing lessons learned and preparing simple communication updates.

Stakeholder Support

  • Provide responsive support to Compliance Officers CoE members and other internal partners
  • Maintain good working relationships with global and local Compliance contacts L&C Operations the SharePoint development team and similar groups

General

  • Rolemodel integrity and contribute to a speakup culture.
  • Follow Compliance policies procedures and the ABC Framework.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in collaborating with global teams across time zones

Key shared accountabilities:

  • Implement the overall LCP Function Strategy and roadmap through effective project delivery and sustainable solutions.
  • Support standardization & automation of global business processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5-10 years of professional experience in compliance risk operations coordination HR project management shared services or related fields.
  • Experience working with documentation data handling or process support in a corporate environment.
  • Ability to work with digital tools and learn new systems (e.g. Oracle Learn Cloud SharePoint).
