We are looking for an experienced ServiceNowTech Lead to join a dynamic enterprise environment on a permanent contract. Thisrole combines hands-on ServiceNowdevelopment technicalleadership and mentoringplaying a key role in the evolution support and optimization of multipleServiceNow platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Act as technicallead for ServiceNowdevelopment and support activities

Design develop and enhance ServiceNow solutionsacross multiple modules

Provide technicalguidance and mentoring to ServiceNow developers and supportteams

Ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture performancesecurity and scalability

Lead and support API integrations datamodels and custom scripting

Collaborate with cross-functional teams ina project-based environment

Troubleshoot complex issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Contribute to documentation standards andgovernance processes

Required Experience &Qualifications

5years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and supportin enterprise environments

Proven experience working with multiple ServiceNow products and modulesincluding:

* ITSM

* IT Operations Management (ITOM)

* Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)

* OtherServiceNow modules

Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture API integrations data models and scripting

Solid skills in JavaScript HTML and CSS

Experience working in project-based delivery modelswith cross-functional teams

Strong problem-solvingand communication skills

Demonstrated interest in mentoring and technical leadership

Certifications (HighlyValued)

ServiceNowCertified System Administrator (CSA)

ServiceNowCertified Application Developer (CAD)

ServiceNowCertified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
