We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Tech Lead to join a dynamic and fast-paced enterprise environment.

This is a key technical leadership role combining hands-on ServiceNow development platform ownership and mentoring responsibilities supporting the evolution and optimization of multiple ServiceNow environments.

Important note: This role is strictly for senior ServiceNow with a functional background without proven ServiceNow development experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Technical Lead for ServiceNow development and platform support activities
• Design develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules
• Drive and support integrations and API development (one of the most critical areas of this role)
• Ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture scalability security and performance
• Lead development activities involving custom scripting data models workflows and platform enhancements
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues and deliver long-term improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a project-driven environment
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers and support teams
• Contribute to documentation governance standards and technical roadmaps

Required Experience & Technical Skills

• 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development in enterprise environments
• Strong experience with ServiceNow architecture and platform best practices
• Proven experience with integrations and APIs (mandatory and critical)
• Solid knowledge of data models and ServiceNow development frameworks
• Strong scripting skills:JavaScriptHTML / CSS
• JavaScript

• Experience working with multiple ServiceNow modules such as:ITSMITOMHRSDOther ServiceNow products/modules
• ITSM
• ITOM
• HRSD
• Other ServiceNow products/modules
• Strong analytical mindset autonomy and ability to lead technical decisions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Interest and experience in technical leadership and mentoring

Certifications (Highly Valued)

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

You are a senior hands-on developer who can confidently lead technical discussions guide teams and deliver scalable solutions especially when it comes to integrations APIs and enterprise-grade ServiceNow implementations.
