Job Title: ServiceNow Consultant
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (3x office days)
Overview / Summary:
We are looking for a Consultant responsible for analysing designing implementing and maintaining solutions based on the ServiceNow platform aligned with the specific needs of our clients. You will act as a technical specialist providing support and consultancy throughout all phases of the project lifecycle from requirements analysis to implementation and post-implementation support.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Gather and analyse clients business requirements mapping current processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Design and configure customised solutions on the ServiceNow platform including workflows forms reports and integrations.
- Coordinate and execute solution implementations including configuration testing and data migration.
- Produce functional and technical requirements documentation.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with ServiceNow best practices and platform standards.
- Provide technical support to users resolving issues and incidents.
- Monitor platform performance and make adjustments as required.
- Train users on platform functionalities.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- Solid experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions including modules such as ITSM ITOM etc.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices and methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript Jelly) and development tools (Studio Glide).
- Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and other systems (APIs web services).
- Knowledge of databases (SQL).
- Fluent Portuguese; advanced English (mandatory).
- ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator required).
