Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reports delivering actionable insights for the Front Office.
• Ensure dashboards are user-friendly visually compelling and aligned with business needs.
• Partner with Data Engineers and Analysts to ensure data quality integrity and availability.
• Work with large datasets performing cleansing and transformation when needed.
• Optimize SQL queries and Tableau extracts for strong performance and scalability.
• Engage with stakeholders (Sales Traders Business Sponsors) to gather requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops to empower business users in Tableau adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Tableau-related issues across reports dashboards and data sources.
• Continuously monitor maintain and improve existing dashboards.
• Maintain structured documentation of dashboards data sources and reporting logic.
• Stay updated on Tableau best practices new features and visualization standards.

Required Technical Skills

• Academic background in Computer Science IT Data Science or related fields.
• 3 years of professional experience (minimum 2 years specifically as a Tableau Developer).
• Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with databases such as MS SQL Server PostgreSQL Oracle.
• Professional experience with Python (especially Pandas).
• Experience with ETL processes data preparation and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong understanding of data process optimization (efficient queries performance tuning memory management).
• Background in Data Analysis and/or Data Engineering.
• Exposure to other visualization tools (Power BI is a plus).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins is a plus).
• Interest or knowledge of Financial Markets is highly valued.
