Build effective and strong relationships with major specifiers and influencers of the region. -
Achieve regional business development targets enabling the region to achieve overall sales targets. -
Liaison with specifiers and influencers resulting in approvals of the entire range of products with them. -
Provide all techno-commercial support to the professional sales team during the pre-sales stage. -
Generate and update the regional database of specifiers and influencers. -
Identify and meet new projects in the region enabling enquiry generation. -
Design and organize local promotional strategies through participation in exhibitions/seminars/specifiers and influencer meets etc. -
Channelize focus in establishing new products with specifiers influencers and large customers of the region across all segments. -
Monitor and review sales and contribution of new products to the overall sales of the region. -
Co-ordinate and liaison with all internal stakeholders like sales technical support marketing etc. to provide relevant and customized solutions to the customer. -
Develop the regional specification team in understanding customer requirements and providing relevant solutions. -
Bachelors degree in engineering (BE) or B. Tech preferably in electrical/building material -
Should have an experience in pre-sales process -
Previous experience within the manufacturing/technology/electrical industry and working in a multinational environment is desirable -
Excellent communication and presentation skills -
Highly proficient in using MS-Office applications like excel word and power-point and enterprise application software |
