Job Summary
1. Supervision and management of the companys accounts and advising account holder (OC) to ensure effective support to the company.
2. The post holder is responsible for the indenting collection of issue to and eventual recovery from the personnel within their company of all necessary clothing and equipment.
3. The post holder is responsible for the safe custody of the equipment of personnel within the company.
4. They are to ensure that managerial checks on subunit accounts are conducted and recorded in accordance with current regulations and procedures.
5. They are to ensure that there is a clear paperwork audit trail for Logistic Support Assurance Inspections (LSA&I) LAND Equipment Assurance Inspections (LEA) and Internal G4 inspections for all stores held on account.
6. Support the OC company 2IC in applying the Units Equipment Care Policy. Support the reserve CQMS in training and RLS.
7. Qualify as an Authorised Representative/Ammunition Storekeeper for the issue receipt and carriage of ammunition.
8. Support Regimental Recruit Training Team South (RRTT(S) in all G4 matters clothing ammunition and weapons. Support the Operational readiness and deployment of all SP on Very High Readiness Reserve (VHRR).
