Job Summary
Role: Sub-Unit Commander responsible to the Unit CO for the command management and leadership of all aspects of their sub-unit.
Responsibilities:
1. Command lead and manage a sub-unit and atts/dets on operations training and in barracks.
2. Plan and deliver implied and specified outputs on behalf of and responsible to the Unit CO.
3. Deliver sub-unit administration welfare discipline MS health/fitness and Equipment Care (EC) as directed and iaw policy.
4. Ensures training and @R standards are met iaw with ITRs Unit and Fmn Directives.
5. Conduct career management CPD and subordinate development for all Troops NCOs and Officers under command.
6. Deliver other tasks and projects delegated by the Unit CO or 2IC.
