Job Summary
Job Title- Warehouse Helper
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and read customer orders using digital or paper-based order sheets
- Scan sort pack and label items according to specified procedures
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and support daily stock management tasks
- Load and unload goods safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment
- Ensure a clean organized and safe working environment at all times
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders promptly and effectively
- Communicate clearly in basic English to support coordination and task execution
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: 10th pass or equivalent
- Basic English reading and communication skills
- Ability to interpret order sheets and follow simple operational instructions
- Physically fit to lift and carry items with stamina for long shifts
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Availability to work overtime as needed
- Must be medically fit and able to pass a health check
