Job Summary
A unique opportunity has arisen to join a beautifully refurbished luxury property in the sought-after Windsor area renowned for its royal heritage green spaces and excellent transport links. This elegant residence complete with extensive amenities including an outdoor swimming pool is being launched as a high-end short-term luxury rental property. The Principals are seeking a professional polished and service-oriented Live-in Housekeeper / Guest Services Professional to play a key role in the smooth day-to-day operation of the property.
Accommodation: Self-contained studio annex separate from the main house (all utility bills included)
- Full housekeeping of an eight-bedroom luxury residence maintaining impeccable standards throughout
- Daily cleaning deep cleaning laundry ironing and linen management
- Preparing the property for guest arrivals and completing post-departure resets
- Meeting and welcoming guests on arrival providing orientation to the property
- Acting as a point of contact for guests during their stay for on-site assistance
- Managing guest check-ins and check-outs in coordination with the Estate Manager
- Monitoring household supplies and reporting maintenance or inventory needs
- Ensuring discretion privacy and professionalism at all times
- 3 years of experience working as a Housekeeper in private households or luxury hospitality
- 2 excellent checkable references
- Conversational to fluent English
- Legal right to work in the UK
