What Youll Need

Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
Proven senior experience within a nursery or early years setting

Support the manager and deputy with the daily operation of the nursery
Take responsibility for maintaining standards across rooms and age groups
Lead by example in delivering high-quality care and early years learning
Support staff with planning observations and record-keeping
Ensure safeguarding health and safety and regulatory requirements are met
