Summary
- As a Clients Finance Administrative Assistant you will support the Finance Supervisor in the daily operations of the Financial Assessment and Charging Team. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring efficient financial processes within the team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining the teams financial databases (e.g. Abacus WCCIS and various spreadsheets) to ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Process payments and raise invoices using the Councils designated financial systems.
- Support the Supervisor with daily workloads within the team.
- Perform general office routines and responsibilities including mail handling scanning filing and routine data entry.
Requirements
- Experience using Microsoft packages including Word and Excel.
- 4 GCSEs at grade A-C or equivalent including Maths and English (or Welsh).
Additional Information
- Contract: 2-3 months with a local authority
- Working hours: 37 hours per week
- Location: Oldway House United Kingdom
