The support team is collaborative nurturing and focused on student progress. Teaching Assistants receive high-quality CPD and training including opportunities to progress into HLTA or teacher training pathways.
Responsibilities:
Supporting learning across KS3 and KS4
Delivering small group and 1:1 intervention sessions
Supporting behaviour and pastoral needs
Assisting teachers with differentiation
Helping provide a safe positive learning environment
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience supporting young people
Strong communication skills
A proactive positive approach
ECTs or aspiring teachers welcome
Salary and Benefits:
Paid on the TA support staff scale.
